When training AI models, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded images. You may only train models using images you own or have explicit permission to use.

You represent and warrant that any content you upload to train models does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy or publicity.

PixifyLab reserves the right to reject or remove any training data that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Generated Content

You retain rights to images generated through our platform. However, you agree not to use the service for creating inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

While you own the rights to images you generate using our Services, you are solely responsible for how you use those images and any consequences that may arise from such use.

You agree not to use our Services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Payment and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed automatically and may be adjusted with notice. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscriptions.
